I have my laptop set to lock on screen saver. Before the Mac OS update from a couple of days ago when I wanted to unlock from screen saver I was able to just touch the Touch ID, now I have to type in my password - like an animal.
Is there some setting I need to fiddle with to get back the old behaviour?
Hmmm - this control panel dropdown won’t stick for me. My computer is lightly administered by my companies Helpdesk. I wonder if it’s their fault.
It still seems more likely that it’s connected to the OS update, than my IT dept fiddling.
Plus that shouldn’t make it so Touch ID doesn’t work. - that can’t be the real issue.
