The VA discussion was pretty interesting. Kudos for wanting to invest in a human; it’s a bit refreshing these days! I found myself wondering if your whole family would be able to work with her to make use of a bit more of her time.
Hopefully you can keep making it easier and faster to give her tasks with guidance. I know that feeling of not feeling like you have time to throw something her way, and perhaps a tension between encouraging her to be proactive and use her taste, and still having your expectations or a vision of the work you’re still hoarding just a bit.
