Really interesting episode - it’s good to get a developer’s (not a company’s) perspective on subscription vs one-time payment models. As much as I like Things (one-time payment app), I always get the feeling that they’re holding onto features for Things 4, for example.

I enjoyed the episode. Interesting take on the subscription model. As business owners it is sensible to want recurring income but at a cost of increased overall price for the customer.
