Add accelerator keys to window buttons?

Working on ergonomics. I wonder if there is an app that will add accelerator keys to (at least common) window buttons (mockup below)? This would save reaching for the mouse just to click a button, then reaching back.

Ah, I was looking for something like this the other a few weeks ago. MPU (and Brett Terpstra) wins where Stack Overflow’s Ask Different failed!
