Has anyone used any Calendar automation services with AI?
I use Calendly with Apple Calendar to have clients book various appointments. Some of these appointments are assessment after which I also need to write a report. It would be great if there was an automation that would look through my calendar and book a 1 hour writing sessions after someone books an assessment.
This looks cool but I don’t want yet another subscription that is too expensive for what I need:
I don’t think that this needs AI. Could you use something like Zapier/Shortcuts/IFTTT to trigger when an appointment is added to your calendar with certain words in the Title, to create an appointment the following day to write up the assessment?
I use Make.com. I need to see what it can offer. I guess the main challenge is having the automation look through my Calendar and find an available spot to book automatically.
