Last night I was listening to some music on my iPhone through the AirPods Pro. All of a sudden the sound stopped, even though the music continued to play. Ever since then, I can’t get it to work. I restarted the iPhone. Unpaired and repaired the AirPods, nothing. The strange thing is that it continues to work with my iPad and MacBook.
Do a factory reset:
• Put your AirPods in their case and keep the lid open
• Hold the button on the back 3-5 seconds until amber light blinks three times
• Close the lid
Then on the iPhone go to Settings > Bluetooth > AirPods and Forget This Device
