Somebody was high when they developed that app 
I’ll be honest. I was watching their comparison video alongside OneNote and thinking “Yeah, I would definitely use OneNote instead of Nototo”.

they look like a Notion side project…
Looks like a good idea. It takes advantage of our ability to remember spatial locations and relationships.
