My grandparents did the same thing. Old scraps of paper in a drawer and just random free pens from wherever.
I bought these 321Done Checklist Cards about a year ago and due for a refill. I like the check box and feel like it keeps me focused on doing a few key things every day. I feel like if I go through one per week I’m productive.
I pull from the list of projects my firm uses to manage our clients as my source material.
