When I tap on a link to open something in an app, it opens the App Store page for the app instead of the app itself. Not sure when this started happening, but I’d really, really like to fix it.
Edit: misread the problem. Sorry. I thought you were trying to avoid opening links into apps sometimes, in which case the below applies…
I have a workaround. Open in New Tab when you’re opening links in Safari.
It is super frustrating, though.

Something like this has happened from time to time with me as well, but for another app (I forget which one - Apollo maybe?). Yes, it’s annoying, and it’s something that seems to have started just this year. I think I was finding that if I open the target app and return to the original link it finally opens properly in the target app.
