App to remove login items?

Hi MPUers, I’m looking for app recommendations to find and remove app’s that run on system restart. Login Items in System Preferences doesn’t display all of them. Another way was to go into ~/Library/LaunchAgents/ and a few other directories to find them, which isn’t too convenient. Any free app that solves this purpose?

PS: KnockKnock does scan them, but I can’t uncheck them

CleanMyMac X has an optimisation section that allows you to review and deactivate all launch agents (stuff that opens up in the background.

Most Apps do have a setting in their preference pane in which you can turn off auto login as well.

I’m not at my Mac right now to confirm, but Launch Control might meet your need. Not free, but there is a free trial.
