Reminder to read the fine print on those Apple TV channels. I subscribe to CBS All Access 
and pay for the commercial-free version: $10/mo. The latest TV OS makes me reverify my account all the time. When I saw Apple TV offered an in-app CBS channel, also for $10/month, I signed up and cancelled my other subscription, which stopped the incessant account checking.
All was good until I watched a current TV episode and there were COMMERCIALS! Tons of them! I guess that’s how CBS is making up for the Apple cut of their profits. I switched back to the standalone CBS app immediately to avoid the ads. The standalone version with ads is $6/month, so still a better deal than the Apple TV version.

This is my frustration with most services and Apple in-app purchases. The prices are always more than going direct.
