Archiving Follow-up Messages?

Okay, the inbox-zero-er in me is freaking out. I have a message that hasn’t been replied to in three days, and Mail put it in my inbox as a reminder. I like this, but I don’t need a reply for this message, so I archive it. But then it keeps popping back in. :grimacing::grimacing::grimacing:

Any idea how to get this outta there?

As a temporary measure until someone comes up with the real solution: Maybe you could reply to yourself. Or, reply, but set to send later, then delete before it is sent. Or, maybe a mail rule could fix this. :grinning:

I saw one of these too, the weird thing is I had already replied to the email. So I archived it and hope it doesn’t pop up again. Is there a way to turn this feature off?

in the Mail menu system there’s an “ignore Follow-up” command that one can apply to individual messages.
