Best app for tracking all subscriptions?

Did somebody see the post before it got flagged? (Why was it flagged?)

I suspect the owner of this forum is too busy focused on the new forum for paid customers to bother much with moderating or participating in this legacy forum.

I (at least) flagged it; it was a spam link to some business-oriented subscription management software.
