Best Omni Outliner → Ulysses Workflow settings?

What are your writing or export setups to give you the best working document in Ulysses?

I may start in MindNode / iThoughts and the OPML export to Omni Outliner seems to work adequately for keeping the formatting. But that’s where the difficulty starts for me.

After some additions or some rearranging in OO, what is the most organized export to start writing in Ulysses where Headings, topics, tabs etc are most maintained visually?

Type of documents are magazine articles, newsletters.

** I hardly ever write in Markdown in either app **

I tend to write directly on Ulysses, @schiasson . You can navegate through different levels within a sheet if you use markdown and you can combine different sheets if you need more levels.
