Hi Rosemary: I saw this post on Asian Efficiency Dojo. I thought of you. 
Alas for this person, I have my systems for tasks (OmniFocus), calendar (Fantastical), and note taking (Notability and Drafts usually) and am very happy with them. I did look at Agenda for work notes, but purely for notes there.
