Cant view emails that are attached to emails in iOS/iPad OS 13?

Folks,

Sometimes people attach emails as attachments to other emails. You could view these using Mail.app in iOS 12, but I can’t seem to do it in iOS 13.

Can anyone confirm? Anybody have any good workarounds?

Can confirm. Used to read the MailMate list-Mail that way in iOS 12.
