Create an email with a shortcut

I have Keyboard Maestro. Shurely there must be a simple way to create a script that:

  1. Open Mail
  2. Create a New mail

How do I do that?

Finally following up on this; Create a script that first activates Mail, and then do a Send Mail Message with no parameters will do what I want.
