Cycle maps coming to IOS14

I cycle regularly, both for leisure and commuting. From what I can see, the most useful upgrade to iOS 14, will be adding cycling routes. Google does a pretty good job, but doesn’t show on my Apple Watch, whereas I presume iOS 14 will. I don’t like putting my phone on my handlebars, so hopefully this will make navigating easier.

If I remember correctly it will be super limited where you can use this feature (initially).

The best Apple Watch cycling app I’ve found is CycleMaps. You can create a route on either the iPhone or watch and then get voice guidance on the watch with two viewing modes: next turn or map. The app is continually updated with new features. The downside: $9.99/year subscription for the watch app.
