What in particular do you have in mind doing?
Depends on what you hope to get out of it.
I started working with Omnifocus3, Airmail, Evernote Premium & Drafts5. Also looking into Workflow, for productivity flow. A lot on my plate for me at this time. I am not the techy type like everyone else on this site. But openly willing to learn. Let me know if Devonthink is something I should include at this time. Thank you 
I would slowly find a use case for one thing for it and then work on it. Not easy to take on all at once.

don’t bother. learn to use tagging and smart folders in the Finder.
