Does anyone use Business Chat?

I saw the article on MacStories today and I was reminded that this existed.

I had a really great experience with Discover customer support using business chat. The cool part was to verify, I didn’t have to give them last 4 digits of SSN or something similar, but used my face to login to a sort of pop up version of the actual app.
