Downloaded Music

I would like to create a shortcut to play a playlist from my already downloaded music. Is that possible? I made one that plays a playlist but it keeps wanting to pull from the cloud and I want cellular data turned off for music.

I can’t get my screenshot to upload for some reason at the moment but I do this by beginning with

Find Music Where > is Not Cloud item

Also - it’s not scriptable at the moment, but Picky is great if you want to easily filter downloaded music. Highly recommended.
