Duplicate a task in Reminder on iOS 13

Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to create a task template in reminder on ios13 with a list of subtasks and then duplicate it.

Not on iOS. There are no APIs available yet for sub tasks. On macOS the AppleScript dictionary was updated to support them though.
