There’s a lot of talk about complicated ways of filing bills using hazel and OCR but the solution I’ve been using for years is called FileThis which links to online bill pay accounts, downloads statements, and saves them to your choice of cloud storage. They have a great free tier and the paid service is very reasonable. Works great for me.

Do you have to enter your login credentials for every site? If so I would worry about this service being a single point of failure in the the event of a breach. Probably not a problem with accounts for utilities and other bills but if you have entered passwords for your banks, credit cards and investment accounts, a breach could be a big problem.
