That is exactly it. Europe’'s packaging will show carbs minus the fibre, With US packagng you will need to subtract the fibre to get to net carbs.There is also the issue of Polyols, but I have never got my head around those!

I only know this as I am diabetic, so counting carbs is very important to me.

I use app called Carbs and Calcs. More on their Site and app. It used to be recommended by the NHS until they updated the app put their prices up. Nevertheless I still think it is one of the best I have used.

I have newly come in to very similar requirements to you and am UK-based. This app and website has also been recommended to me. Do you pay for the Pro version / do you think it’s worth it?

I have used myfitnesspal for years and their free version seems to be okay for me. I will try Macrofactor though.

Didn’t realize that MacroFactor was paid, but will give it a try for six months.
