iPhone Mini!

I’m getting close to replacing my iPhone 13 Mini, and I will be so sad to let it go.

What’s the intended way? And which part is not working?

So that they can share a phone number and the Watch can function properly without the phone.

Same in the US; most MVNOs can’t do it. Just Visible, Xfinity, a couple others. I can’t find the quote from a telecoms engineer right now, but programming and maintaining it is too difficult relative to the anticipated revenue.

I’m for this too, but I’m curious about if there would be a speed and efficiency trade off to going off the chip again. No one really talks about that, and it would seem to me there must have been advantages to putting it all on one package that made them do it to begin with. We were told at the time it made things faster/better.

So would you be ok with some sacrifice to get slots back?

I would like a large screen Apple Watch. About twice the size of the Ultra extending along the long axis of the arm. I think that the term “watch” restricts how people imagine the device. I would like to be able to read more on the screen, tap things more easily and have a longer battery life. You see NFL quarterbacks wearng that large information display on their forearm. I would not go that large, but I would like an “arm” display/watch.

It is a start. I think Apple could make more svelte version. :slightly_smiling_face:

I am just back from a one week camping trip. I bought a Garmin Enduro 3 which I found to be a horrible experience. For me, the UI, was totally confounding. I was grateful when it showed the time.

I wish that I could have taken my Ultra and have the battery last for a week. I think that your device would have room for a large enough battery.
