"Hey Siri" stop listening on my phone

I’m noticing that, when I trigger Siri via “Hey Siri” on my watch, more often than not, my phone is also responding. Not sure if it’s new phone/watch or OS updates, but 2 weeks ago the phone would rarely continue listening if I used the wake word on my watch. Now the phone is responding more than 50% of the time.

Anyone else experiencing this with iPhones 11/Series 5 or iOS 13/WatchOS 6?

Yes, I’m having this too on the latest OSes and it used to never happen. I’m sure it’s a bug since the devices should be coordinating this with each other.
