I bought a Tesla Model 3 over two years ago. Before that I had a Volvo with CarPlay. I miss CarPlay because the Siri of CarPlay is better than the voice assistant of Tesla, which is total garbage (I know, hard to believe Siri is better than something!). Having said that, I overall enjoy the Tesla system more than the built-in software of the Volvo. And the nice thing about Tesla is that they keep releasing updates to the software, so it gets better over time.

It must have got better. When I had one 5 years ago, they were regularly moving things against muscle memory and adding stupid games instead of spending time on the OS.

Yeah, and as someone who uses voice very rarely (it’s much worse on Norwegian than English), it’s a pretty straight upgrade…
