Another vote for Obsidian, pretty much since they released it.

More than 5 years. I don’t know which app is my primary app but none of them has been less than 5 years. I use Notes, Scrivener, Growly Notes, and even Stickies.

Evernote for almost 13 years - and I’m not stopping until the wheels come off completely (acquisitions be damned!)
