One category where the answer is clearly “no” for me: screenshot and annotation tools. They’re desk tools. iOS has its own markup built in, and nobody wants to annotate a Mac screenshot on a phone.
What I do care about there is the other direction: that the same tool works on whatever desktop I’m on, because work machines aren’t always Macs.
