I have been using iCloud for all my units (MacBook Pro, iPhone X and iPad Pro 10.5) for some time with no issues. Over the last few days, two processes (bird and cloudd) have been running amok and taking large amounts of CPU. I see several threads when google this problem, but have not seen anything current. I am running up to date OS and iOS on all devices. I am probably going to change everything over to DropBox, but any advice on this issue would be appreciated. As I write this, “bird” and “cloudd” are running about 60% of CPU on activity monitor.
