I use Siri on the regular to create reminders. I also use my AWU on cellular and this combination doesn’t work. If I have my AirPods in with only my watch connected (say, on a run) I can check the weather, send/receive messages, etc., but for some reason if I say “remind me to…” Siri responds with some variation of “I’m sorry, I didn’t get that”. This function works fine with my phone, but I ALWAYS get that response with my watch. Every now and then, it will still create the reminder, but it never confirms it correctly. I recently upgraded from AWU1 to AWU3 thinking on device Siri + 5G may resolve this issue, but no luck. Anyone else having this problem?
Are you specifying when to remind? Like “remind me today to …”?
Yes, I am. I don’t think it’s a Siri syntax issue because it works when my watch is connected to my phone, but not when the watch is on LTE/5G. I used Siri this AM while on 5G to set a reminder and she responded “I’m sorry, can you say that again?” but it actually created the reminder!
