iOS 13 version of Notes App question

I have a question regarding the iOS 13 version of the Notes.app. With the widget, does it still display recent notes above the quick add buttons or are the quick add buttons above the recent notes now?

I disliked having to press ‘show more’ to get access to the quick action buttons in the widget.

Thanks for checking. I was curious because I could eliminate an app or two if they had that feature how I would like it :joy:
