iOS 14 Featured Photos missing

Hi, I updated iOS to 14 some days ago and I’m using the photos widget.

The widget just shows memories and not any featured photo so I compared to my wife’s phone also running iOS 14.
In my photos app there is no section called Featured Photos (German: Empfohlene Fotos).

Can it be that I somehow disabled that?
I could find anything on the net.

Solved.

After accidentally charging the iPhone XR by wire instead of wireless after years the featured photos section appeared magically.
There are now also shown in the photos widget.

I‘m happy.
