IOS-Does “Move to Junk” Create a “Rule”?

When I receive spam in Apple Mail on my iPad or iPhone, I select “Move to Junk.” Does this create a “rule” in iOS so that similar messages will no longer appear in my inbox? I also create rules in Apple Mail on the Mac and in Apple Mail in iCloud but I’m wondering if “Move to Junk” in iOS creates a rule for me thus saving me the extra step of creating a rule in Apple Mail in iCloud.
