Thanks. I split it out to two Keyboard Maestro macros: Ctrl L copies the plain link, Ctrl Opt L copies in Markdown format. That way I avoid clicking the Yes/No buttons each time. (They didn’t seem to respond to keyboard input.)

Yeah. The new menubar menu option in KM10 would be good for this. I think I’ll split mine, too, into two menu options.
A conflict palette would also be a good idea.
I used to use conflict palettes mainly, but the new menubar menu setting is better for me — YMMV
