Liquid Glass - not getting better?

Adam Engst’s TidBITS article How to Turn Liquid Glass into a Solid Interface is the best thing I’ve read about coping with Liquid Glass.

I want to like LiquidGlass, but I mosty use a Mac, and have visual difficulties.

I am really struggling to read some UI elements with grey text, and using and interpreting some UI elements like sliders.

So whilst this visual improvement/concession is welcome, there are many usability and performance still at large.

I wonder what concessions, if any, they’ll make in macOS.

Liquid Glass is horrendous esp for people who have not great eyesight.

I wrote that in July, but I later “upgraded” my iPad and iPhone. I regret doing that every time I use those devices. And my eyesight is still good.

I see Apple did an video event showcasing use of Liquid Glass in third party apps. Pure propaganda, of course.

But, crucially, not a macOS app in sight.
