& I may be able to consolidate apps I use paprika for recipe management will test this out in the app later… Right now I’m off to the grocery store with my new list manager happy as a bee 
I’ve actually migrated to Dynalist for its more advanced features, e.g. color coding, date formats, but for a long time Workflowy was fine. I kept a list of my goals and a summary of what I did every day in Workflowy. For the way Workflowy is designed, these types of data are created in the form of repeatable lists. Just create a base template and duplicate it for repeated use. Here’s a good example.
