Mail (iOS) suggesting bad “move to” folder

I have found that when I select the “Move Message” folder button in iOS Mail on a message in the Inbox, it often suggests that I move the message to my “Sent” folder, even though it is a message I received, not one I sent.

Any ideas about what might be driving this?

You mean the suggested folder destination?
I find it quite lousy with regard at where I want to file my emails… and I archive them by year. Just select another folder, it might learn someday.
