I’m actually not surprised.
I didn’t know they had stores.
They look nothing like an Apple store.
They were set up to emulate Apple Stores to a point and some were deliberately located in close proximity.
However they were continually plagued by reports of poor service and staff that couldn’t answer basic product questions.
Also every time they updated the store’s security system it would take employees an hour or two to unlock the doors, then another half a day to get things back where they wanted them.
Not to mention some days the staff would come up to the store to find management has decided to make some update that very day and they would just have to wait on the kerb for it to finish before being able to do any work.
