I like to keep things organized, with only the apps I use daily outside of a folder.

Bonus points for being a Fastmail user!
FastMail is great. I’m paying for the service so I’m not the product like I would be with gmail. And I get to use my own domains (which I have too many).
I couple it with SaneBox and my inbox is mostly clean of the cruft.
