New app: Ixnote (concept mapping, atomic notes)

That’s kind of how it goes
“Hey, look at this, looks kind of neat!”
“Prepare to defend thyself!”

what application are you using to manage that?

@Ulli thank you for this feedback. I am currently reworking my app messaging based on feedback from helpful people like yourself.

It sounds like ixnote is perhaps not the right tool for your needs at this time. As it matures it might become a tool you could use, but if you are looking for a mind map drawing tool where the position of things on the 2d map is important than ixnote is definitely not for you as its built to overcome exactly that limitation of mind maps.

Again, thank you so much for your feedback. Positive feedback is nice, but negative feedback is useful.

@Ulli MindNode is also my choice when I want to draw a mind map… and the one I use to view .mm files.
You mentioned that my .mm export did not export the entire note. As traditional mind maps only support a single string per node I decided to export just the title… would you have preferred Title + Subtitle… or Title + Subtitle + body? Feels like both would result in a lot more text per node than is usual in a mind map.
