Advertising software in the MPU forum

The number of people coming to or joining the MPU forum to advertise their new product seems to be rising to the point where we’ve had half a dozen in the last month or two. I’ve no doubt that this is reflective of the fact it’s easier to create apps now. Can we please have a ruling as to whether this is allowed @admins as it’s getting pretty annoying to me.
