I think this is more important than we give it credit for. The constant changing of apps makes life messy. I’m slowly recognising that sticking with one single app lifelong is more productive than a constant shift to new apps.

I think it’s more that the benefits realised by changing need to outweigh the “cost” of changing.
I like @MacSparky’s rule that he can only change once per year over the Christmas holiday time. it curbs impulsive changes without stopping a little bit of experimentation.
