I purchased a parallels pro product and when I launched I expected that it should provide enhanced CPU and memory. Whereas I am able to use only 4 CPU and 6 GB RAM.

Mails to Parallels and direct message to @parallelcares on twitter has yielded no responses inspite of several reminders. Has anyone experienced this.

Stating the obvious, but it all depends on your processor and available memory of course.

Pro or not, Parallels can’t create extra (hardware) cores.

My copy of Pro allows me to use up to 26GB RAM and all my cores.
