I currently use keepass as a backup plan. Moved my whole 1Password content to strongbox with no issue. As I use a Authenticator for 2FA anyway the only thing I‘d have to think of is synchronisation of files between different devices. If WLAN would be an alternative this would be the best compromise between convenience and (local) security. I haven‘tlooked into this deeper so far but apples keychain for pw and strongbox fo other items could replace 1PW
