Anyone here use this app? Seems to be a solution for logging in remotely after a power failure to a Mac that has FileVault enabled. There is an explanatory video near the end.
If you’re using Tahoe, you can ssh into your
remote Mac first, and then start your normal login.

I have tried to login but have failed. I want to login and start screen sharing. I have installed tailscale but haven’t figured out how to login with file vault enabled.
Surprised you’re having troubles. I haven’t tried using computer name, I always make the SSH command as verbose as possible, so I specify user ID and IP address explicitly. Of course Remote Login must be enabled
I don’t use Tsilscale as I have made all those connections the old-fashioned way

…as a reminder if you are using Tailscale and you have this machine set as your “exit node” (or whatever they call it) the machine has to be up to exit.
