PDF compression. What’s the best way/app?

Hi all,

I’m working with a PowerPoint which I need to save as pdf. Mainly I do this on my Macbook Air.

I sometimes export it as pdf, and sometime go through print -> save as pdf. The result is pretty much the same, ie huge files!

I was using an app - PDF Toolbox - for compressing the pdf. However, I’m not getting any more file size reduction.

Any ideas?

You can do this in Preview within Save As PDF:
