You might be able to do something with a signature or something four unaware of it. What’s her use case? Made a expanding shortcut for easy reply?
Off the top of my head, I think a lot of carriers have a thing where a person’s number is also available as an email address (something like 16266661212@my.sprintmobile.com). Maybe it’s possible to set something up where an auto reply is sent via email as a text? This probably depends on the carrier.
