Pre defines workspaces

I need to create three workspaces, each with its own set of apps, specific files and web tabs.

I have three spaces created on my MacBook Pro. Is it possible to launch these workspaces always to specific spaces ?

It should be possible using keyboard Maestro.

I can open apps and arrange them as on screen, but I am not able to setup them to individual spaces.

How can I do that in keyboard maestro ?
