Caldigit say that their „TS4 is fully compatible with Thunderbolt 3 computers.“ in their FAQ, so I‘d take that as a yes.

To add more ports to my 2021 MacBook Pro 14" M1 Max, I use the OWC Thunder 3 Pro Dock. I’m very happy with it.

For a more portable solution for my iPad Pro11, I use the Anker 7 in 1 USB-C hub. It provides both an SD and Micro SD media card reader and a power through via USB-C to charge my iPad while using the doc.

can highly recommend the Caldigit TS4 mentioned above as well as the Hypershop offerings

Check out the Anker USB-C 7 in 1 hub. It offers power through on the USB-C so that you can charge your iPad while using it.
